Preparing for your Appointment
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for registration.
When you arrive at Suite 19 your details will be registered by a staff member. We endeavour to have all relevant information available for the visit so that the highest quality care can be provided.
Payment will be collected at check-in to help ensure a smooth and timely appointment.

We will look for these items to upload to your electronic chart
- Recent blood tests and or imaging results
- Medication list (include all over the counter medications)
- Insurance policy details
- Names of doctors (GP, other consultants) involved in your medical care
